And when you get home, the hat can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. In the production of the Lässig hat, waste plastic is recycled by being spun into yarn, turning the equivalent of seven PET bottles into one metre of fabric. By using recycled materials and innovative processes and by excluding components of animal origin, Lässig contributes to the circular economy and the preservation of our planet’s resources. The Lässig sun hat has a UV protection factor of 80 and complies with UV Standard 801.
