Termination of contract

As a consumer, you have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered into your possession, without stating a reason. You can initiate the withdrawal automatically using the button below.

After withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within the statutory period, whereby you bear the direct costs of return yourself, and you are liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish their characteristics. We refund the amount paid to you no later than within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products – personalised products (e.g. bottles with engraving).
