Delivery

Shipments are always sent via a delivery service; personal pickup is not possible.

Delivery to BOX NOW parcel lockers is available for selected brands: Baobaby, b.box, Citron, MINI Family, Kenguru Gold, Lässig, V-COMB, Carriwell, Sleepytroll, KneeGuardKids4, MiniMeis, Sassy, Manhattan Toy, AeroMoov – air layers, Voksi – winter bags, Ergobaby – carriers, carrier accessories and sleeping bags.

The delivery cost is not included in the product price and is shown separately during the online purchase process.

The delivery cost for Croatia is charged for all orders under 100 euros.

The shipping cost for Slovenia is fixed.

Countries to which delivery is available and delivery cost per order:

  • Croatia: 5.00 EUR. For orders above 100.00 EUR, delivery is free.
  • Croatia (BOX NOW parcel locker): 1,99 EUR
  • Slovenia: 6.00 EUR

After receiving your order, it takes 1 to 2 business days for the goods to be shipped from our warehouse for delivery.

Estimated delivery times from the moment the shipment is handed over for delivery:

  • Hrvatska: 3 do 4 radna dana
  • When picking up the shipment, be sure to check whether it is in proper and undamaged condition. If the shipment is damaged, we advise you to file a complaint with the delivery driver and possibly refuse to accept the shipment, as it is much easier to claim compensation with a timely response.
