BeSafe Haven™: During the development of this adaptable carrier, we partnered for consultation and testing of the Haven carrier with ‘Die Trageschule® e. K. The Trageschule from Dresden in Germany is a respected institution of babywearing experts and consultants. The carrier is equipped with many smart features that are intuitive to use, keep your little one safe and provide the most comfortable carrying experience.

3D mesh fabric

BeSafe Mesh fabric has a 3D structure and layers that allow air circulation between them. In this way, as air flows between the layers, heat and moisture are reduced, making the journey more pleasant and comfortable. With this system, BeSafe 3D Mesh fabric offers up to 4 times greater air permeability.* *The 3D mesh fabric used on BeSafe carriers provides up to 4 times greater air permeability than conventional PU foam-lined fabric.    

BeSafe Flex-Shape Buckle™

Adapts to all parents of different body proportions The Flex-Shape Buckle™ has a unique construction that automatically rotates into the position that best suits the parent’s shape and size. No additional adjustments, no straps digging into the skin, no loosened shoulder straps. The Flex-Shape Buckle™ is also one of the few buckles on the market whose design allows parents to tighten the shoulder straps by pulling forward, rather than backward. This makes setting up the carrier quick, simple and especially comfortable for new parents and for those parents who frequently experience back or shoulder pain.

BeSafe Airgonomics™

For additional comfort when carrying in the forward-facing position Airgonomics™ is a unique integrated air cushion developed and patented by BeSafe, built into the waist belt of the Haven carrier. It is equipped with a special valve and can be inflated in a few seconds to provide the child with a comfortable seat in the forward-facing position. In this way, Airgonomics™ not only enables a healthy spine and hip position while the child is facing forward, but also helps distribute the child’s weight onto the belt, providing parents with the most comfortable carrying experience.    

High-quality materials

Smart functionality for a pleasant carrying experience The outer material of the BeSafe Haven carrier is made from 96% polyester, which has high tensile strength to withstand all types of everyday use and excellent colour fastness. The 4% spandex ensures material flexibility, adapting to and supporting the baby’s shape. On the inside, the carrier is made from cotton (40%), which is particularly soft against the child’s skin and additionally supports the baby. 60% of the carrier’s interior is made from TENCEL™, a natural lyocell fibre extracted from sustainable wood that provides excellent breathability and absorbs moisture.
