Da bodo copatki iz naravnega usnja čim dlje mehki in funkcionalni, jih je pomembno pravilno negovati.Izogibajte se pranju v pralnem stroju ali namakanju v vodi. 1. Čiščenje usnjenega dela
- Redno čiščenje: Uporabite mehko, suho krpico za odstranjevanje prahu.
- Globinska nega: Na mehko krpico nanesite majhno količino mleka za telo in z nežnimi krožnimi gibi obrišite usnje. S tem boste odstranili nečistoče in usnju povrnili elastičnost.
- Sušenje: Copatke vedno sušite naravno, na zraku. Držite jih stran od radiatorjev ali neposredne sončne svetlobe, da usnje ne otrdi.
2. Vzdrževanje protizdrsnega podplata
- Povrnitev hrapavosti: Sčasoma se v podplat lahko ujame prah, ki zmanjša oprijem.
- Krtačenje: Občasno izkrtačite podplat s suho krtačo(npr. krtačko za obutev), da odstranite nečistoče in mu povrnete protizdrsne lastnosti.
Kaj storiti, če se copatki zmočijo? Če se zmočijo, jih napolnite s papirnatim brisačkom, da vpije vlago, in posušite na zraku. Po sušenju jih obvezno premažite z mlekom za telo, da usnje ponovno omehča.
