With this innovative system, the child can sit safely and comfortably from birth up to approximately 6 years of age. The infant car seat now has an extended period of use (up to 18 months), surpassing the previous standard of 12 months. The car seat for older children can be used in the rearward-facing direction up to 6 years of age, compared to earlier rotating car seats that were designed for use up to 4 years of age.
