The material of the winter footmuff can be compared to a lightweight winter jacket that can easily be wrapped around the child’s body. The filling is made from high-quality 90/10 down, and the unique design prevents cold from entering the footmuff. The air between the down fibres provides maximum insulation, so the winter footmuff should be shaken before use and stored in a well-ventilated place without compression. It comes with a compression bag so it can be reduced in size, which is ideal for travel. The outer fabric is windproof, has a water column of at least 3000 and is coated with BIONIC-FINISH®ECO, which means it is water-repellent. In heavy rain, we recommend using rain covers on the outside. All materials in the Voksi Adventure are certified to OEKO-TEX® standard 100, class 1 – a quality label indicating that no material in the product contains harmful chemicals. The Voksi Adventure is designed with innovative hand openings that can be opened and closed with a zip, allowing the child to actively participate in what is happening around them while staying warm inside the winter footmuff. The unique back-opening design means that the Adventure fits various harness systems, making it perfect for pushchairs and winter activities. When the child is small and does not fill the footmuff lengthwise, you can tighten the drawstring at the bottom so that the down moves closer to the feet. As the child grows, the drawstring is released again, allowing the winter footmuff to grow with the child. The leg cover has a two-way zip, so you can easily check whether the child’s legs are warm or provide ventilation. The drawstring around the head can be adjusted to suit different weather conditions and the child’s preferences. Do not forget to ensure sufficient airflow around the child’s head, and children should always sleep under supervision.
