Delivery

Shipments are always sent by delivery service, personal collection is not possible.

Delivery is possible to BOX NOW parcel machines for selected brands: Baobaby, b.box, Citron, Kenguru Gold, Lassig and V-COMB,

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product and is specifically stated in the online purchase process.

The cost of delivery to Croatia is charged for all orders under 100 euros.

The cost of delivery to Slovenia is fixed.

Countries to which delivery is possible and delivery price per order:

• Croatia: EUR 5.00. For orders over EUR 100.00, delivery is free.
• Croatia (BOX NOW vending machine): EUR 2.00
• Slovenia: EUR 6.00

After receiving your order, it takes 1 to 2 working days for the goods to be sent from our warehouse for delivery.

Approximate delivery terms from the moment the shipment is handed over for delivery:

• Croatia: 1 to 3 working days
• Due to the reduced capacity of delivery services during the summer period, delivery times may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.

When picking up the shipment, be sure to check whether the shipment is in a correct and undamaged condition. In the event that the shipment is damaged, we advise you to report this to the delivery person and possibly refuse to receive the shipment, because compensation for the damage is much easier to achieve with a timely reaction.
