Its UV protection factor of 80 protects the sensitive scalp of babies and young children in summer. The extra long neck protection provided by this hat protects your child’s head and eyes, as well as the neck area, from the sun’s rays. It can be tied under the chin to prevent it from being blown away by the wind. The light, breathable and quick-drying fabric of the Lässig hat makes it comfortable to wear on the beach or in the water. And when you get home, the hat can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. In the production of the Lässig hat, waste plastic is recycled by being spun into yarn, turning the equivalent of seven PET bottles into a meter of fabric. By using recycled materials and innovative processes and excluding components of animal origin, Lässig contributes to the circular economy and the preservation of our planet’s resources. The Lässig sun hat has a UV protection factor of 80 and complies with UV Standard 801.
