How to replace the straw:
To replace the straw, carefully grasp the pull tab on the straw and pull down to release it. Then gently remove the weight and attach it to the spare straw. How to clean a straw:
The cleaning brush is designed to clean the inside of the straw, insert the cleaning brush from the base of the straw and push it to clean the inside of the straw. Gently pull down to remove brush, repeat on both sides with warm soapy water.
