Normalno je, da so bradavice v prvih nekaj dneh bolj ob\u010dutljive, <strong>ni pa normalno, da bolijo<\/strong> . Kaj pa, \u010de dojenje boli? Bole\u010dini se je mogo\u010de izogniti in dojenje lahko postane ena najlep\u0161ih izku\u0161enj v \u017eivljenju, \u010de so izpolnjeni trije predpogoji: \u010de mati doji v udobnem polo\u017eaju, \u010de je dojen\u010dek v pravilnem polo\u017eaju glede na mater in \u010de se dojen\u010dek pravilno in globoko prisesa na dojko.     <br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#7e5f7d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Mamin udoben polo\u017eaj<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Udobje za mater med dojenjem ni razko\u0161je, temve\u010d nujen predpogoj za dojenje brez bole\u010din. Zato je pomembno, da se mati udobno namesti, kot da bi gledala odli\u010den film, brala razburljivo knjigo ali samo po\u010diva. Pomembno je, da ima mati oporo za glavo, hrbet, roke in noge. Pri tem ji bodo pomagale blazine, \u0161e posebej pa blazina za dojenje, na katero lahko nasloni roko, ki dr\u017ei dojen\u010dka. Dobro je, da mati zavzame polo\u017eaj, v katerem ne \u010duti bole\u010dine zaradi rane, \u010de je rodila s carskim rezom, ali bole\u010dine v presredku, \u010de je bilo tkivo presredka med porodom strgano ali prerezano. Udoben polo\u017eaj matere je predpogoj za pravilen polo\u017eaj dojen\u010dka glede na mater.       <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#7e5f7d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Pravilen polo\u017eaj dojen\u010dka glede na mater<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Preden mati prinese otroka k dojki in za\u010dne dojiti, je pomembno, da je pozorna na polo\u017eaj dojen\u010dka. Dojen\u010dek mora biti s celim telesom obrnjen proti materi, trebuh pa mora biti na materinem trebuhu. Dojen\u010dkovo telo mora tvoriti ravno \u010drto, tako da so uho, rama in boki v isti liniji. To bo dojen\u010dku omogo\u010dilo, da se globoko prisesa na dojko, zato dojenje ne bo bolelo. Dojen\u010dek je v materinem naro\u010dju, medtem ko dojilna blazina podpira materino roko. Dojen\u010dkov nos je v vi\u0161ini bradavice in dojen\u010dek je nato pripravljen na dojenje. Plitek prises, ko dojen\u010dek sesa samo bradavico, lahko povzro\u010di po\u0161kodbo bradavice, kar je lahko izjemno bole\u010de. Da bi se temu izognili, je pomembno, da dojen\u010dka potegnete k dojki, ko dojen\u010dek \u0161iroko odpre usta, tako da bradavica gre globoko v otrokova usta. To najla\u017eje dose\u017eemo tako, da dojen\u010dka spodbudimo k \u0161irokemu odpiranju ust tako, da se z bradavico dotaknemo njegovega nosu ali zgornje ustnice. Ko dojen\u010dek \u0161iroko odpre usta, je klju\u010dnega pomena, da ga potegnete k dojki in ne potiskate dojke v otrokova usta. Pri pravilnem, globokem prisesu bo dojen\u010dek odprl usta pod kotom 140\u00b0, spodnji del ust bo obrnjen navzgor, brada in lica pritisnjena v dojko, nos pa prost. Ve\u010dina areole je vidna nad in manj pod otrokovimi usti, ne sli\u0161i se kokodakanja ali klikanja. Bodite ne\u017eni do sebe in poi\u0161\u010dite podporo, ki vam bo na voljo.   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u010ce je dojenje bole\u010de, je poleg bole\u010dih bradavic te\u017eava pogosto tudi zmanj\u0161ano pridobivanje te\u017ee dojen\u010dka in morebiten upad proizvodnje mleka.
