Ta del je v\u010dasih lahko resni\u010dno zahteven in je te\u017eko uskladiti vse segmente \u017eivljenja, hkrati pa razmi\u0161ljati o prehrani, kuhanju in pripravi obrokov ter poskrbeti, da so zadovoljene tako mamine kot otrokove potrebe.<br\/> Obstajajo dolo\u010dena \u017eivila in jedi, ki so med nose\u010dnostjo zelo koristne in imajo veliko hranilno vrednost. \u010ceprav je najpomembnej\u0161i del uravnote\u017eene prehrane raznolikost in ravnovesje, je tukaj 5 \u017eivil, na katera se lahko med nose\u010dnostjo nekoliko bolj osredoto\u010dite, da boste vi in \u200b\u200bva\u0161 otrok dobili vse, kar potrebujete.  <br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.5rem\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#7e5f7d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">1. Jajca<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Jajca so odli\u010dna hrana za nose\u010dnost iz ve\u010d razlogov. Prvi\u010d, so lahko dostopna in jih lahko pripravimo na toliko razli\u010dnih na\u010dinov, da jih lahko jemo vsak dan, ne da bi se nam dolgo\u010dasila. Avokado<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Poleg tega, da je avokado odli\u010den vir zdravih ma\u0161\u010dob, je bogat z vitaminom B6 in kalijem, ki sta lahko zelo koristna pri zdravljenju slabosti med nose\u010dnostjo. Jogurt  <\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Jogurt je \u010dudovita hrana za nose\u010dnost, saj je kakovosten vir kalcija, ki je klju\u010dnega pomena za razvoj otroka in njegovih kosti, telo pa ga bo uporabilo iz materinih kosti, \u010de ga ni dovolj. Jetra  <\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Jetra so odli\u010dno \u017eivilo za nose\u010dnost, saj so bogata s hranili, ki so v tem obdobju zelo pomembna, kot so \u017eelezo, cink, vitamini skupine B (zlasti folat), holin ter vitamini A, D, E in K. Pogosto se pojavljajo razli\u010dni pomisleki glede prekomernih koli\u010din vitamina A, vendar se je izkazalo, da so koli\u010dine, pridobljene iz \u017eivil, ki so naravno bogata z njim, ve\u010d kot varne. Po drugi strani pa ve\u010dina nose\u010dnic ne zau\u017eije dovolj vitamina A, zato v svojo prehrano obvezno vklju\u010dite jetra.
